Born in Bilbao in 1979.

She holds an Education Degree from the University of Deusto, Bilbao (2007) and a Social Education Diploma from the University of the Basque Country (2004). She also has a Master's Degree in Environmental Education, Globalisation and Sustainable Development from the Spanish National University of Distance Education (UNED, 2008).

In the field of sustainability, she has participated in the following projects: Assistance in processes of assessing execution and annual programming in the towns of Álava and Bizkaia, in the framework of the 2^nd and 3^rd Programme to assess and monitor LA21 in the Basque Country (CAPV) by means of the MUGI 21 tool. Assistance in assessing the degree of implementation of the Action Plans of Gipuzkoa municipalities, in the framework of the 2007 and 2008 programmes to support town councils in Gipuzkoa in assessments of the execution of local action plans.

She has participated in other more innovative projects, such as assistance in the Ekitalde Gender Perspective in the LA21 of Udalsarea 21 or in the LA21 Training Programme for technical and political staff in municipalities of Debabarrena.
