Born in Irun in 1980.

She holds an Environmental Science Degree from the University of Wolverhampton (UK) (2003) and an Aquatic Ecotechnology Diploma from the University Hogeschool Zeeland (Holland) (2002). She also has a Master's Degree in Management and Environmental Technology from the Public University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU).

In the area of discharge monitoring, she has monitored wastewater and surface water for private companies and for the government. In addition, she has managed the process of updating data for the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa's computer application on Polluting Activities in the Basque Province of Gipuzkoa. In addition, she has undertaken administrative procedures to license discharges from private companies.

In the environmental management field, she has participated in the implementation of environmental management systems in the public and private sector, in accordance with Ekoscan regulations.

With respect to local sustainability, she has participated in programmes to assess and monitor Local Agenda 21. She has formed part of the team who work on the Technical Assistance Service for the MUGI 21 (SAT MUGI) computer application for managing Local Agenda 21 processes.
